About this role

Reporting to senior leadership, the Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of large-scale high-rise commercial projects over $100 million, ensuring strong outcomes across safety, programme, cost, and quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full lifecycle delivery of complex, high-rise commercial construction projects
  • Leadership of large, multidisciplinary site and project teams
  • Oversight of programme, cost control, procurement, and risk management
  • Driving best-practice safety, quality, and compliance standards
  • Managing senior stakeholders, consultants, and client relationships

My client is seeking a proven, highly experienced Project Manager who:

  • Has demonstrated consistent experience delivering high-rise commercial projects of significant value (above $100 million)
  • Has worked within Tier 1 or major Tier 2 construction environments
  • Is confident managing complex programmes, large budgets, and large teams
  • Brings strong commercial acumen and leadership capability
