About this role
- Deliver subdivision works to program, budget, and quality targets
- Provide engineering support across earthworks, services, and pavements
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage day-to-day site activities
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Monitor costs, variations, and forecasting
- Ensure WHS, environmental, and quality compliance
Is this you?
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Experience as a Project Engineer (or strong Site Engineer ready to step up) in civil construction
- Solid understanding of earthworks, roadworks, and bulk infrastructure projects - Ideally delivering subdivison works
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with attention to detail
