A leading global engineering organisation is seeking a detail-driven Technical Project Coordinator to support site-based project delivery across complex data centre infrastructure works.
This role will work closely with the Site Manager and Technical Leads to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations.
You will play a key coordination role during project planning and execution, ensuring alignment between customer requirements, site teams, procurement, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Site Manager in clarifying customer requirements and project specifications
Assist in developing project schedules and resource plans
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines and quality standards are met
Coordinate on-site procurement activities
Allocate and track project resources to maintain schedule adherence
Support Technical Leads in prioritising activities and optimising workflows
Schedule stakeholder meetings and prepare reports and documentation
Ensure project documentation is completed and closed out correctly
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and consistency
Tertiary qualification in Electrical (essential)
Experience in project administration or project coordination
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project and document control systems
Excellent time management and organisational skills
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability
Ability to work effectively within multi-stakeholder environments
A firm but calm communication style with strong negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Collaborative, customer-focused mindset
