About this role

As the Planning Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and scheduling maintenance tasks for outage, operational and contract work - ensuring the seamless coordination of people, materials, and processes. You'll work closely with engineering, operations and maintenance teams to ensure all work is completed in line with performance goals and service level agreements.

  • Manage and maintain preventative maintenance databases and associated equipment records.

  • Generate accurate work orders with clear job descriptions, labour, materials, and permit requirements.

  • Provide analytical reports on outage progress, critical activities, and close-out performance.

  • Ensure all planning and scheduling aligns with SLA and engineering standards.
