Introduction
Brunel are seeking an expereinced Foreman for a well-established construction company specialising in retail, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This position will lead onsite teams for a $30m new build project in North Brisbane.
You'll play a key role in project delivery, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards that exceed client expectations. This is a hands-on, leadership role with scope to manage daily activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive team performance.

Lead onsite construction activities, keeping projects on schedule and meeting high-quality standards.

Mentor, motivate, and manage trades and crews to maximise productivity and safety.

Read and interpret plans, oversee sequencing of work, and coordinate subcontractors.

Drive a proactive safety culture with regular site inspections, toolbox talks, and corrective actions.

Report progress and collaborate with project management to deliver projects on time and budget.
Is this you?

Proven Foreman experience on commercial or retail construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, methodologies, and site safety.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

White Card and relevant trade or supervisory qualifications preferred.

Hands-on, practical, and ready to take ownership of your projects.
