Introduction

You will work closely with Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure design outcomes support efficient construction, cost certainty, and programme delivery. You'll coordinate consultants, resolve design issues during construction, and ensure documentation aligns with practical delivery requirements.
About this role
- Manage and coordinate consultants through design and construction
- Review design documentation for buildability and cost impact
- Resolve design issues arising during construction
- Liaise with authorities, clients, and stakeholders
- Ensure programme and cost alignment across projects
Is this you?
- Proven experience in design management on large scale residential or mixed-use projects
- Construction-side experience essential
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Confident communicator and commercially aware
- Well presented and able to operate in a hands on, dynamic environment
- Australian or New Zealand citizen, or permanent resident
