About this role

We're seeking a Business Manager to lead an existing operation with full P&L accountability, operational oversight, and a clear mandate to grow revenue beyond traditional upstream activities. You'll be responsible for leading a national business unit, balancing operational excellence with strategic growth. While a deep understanding of Upstream oil & gas is essential, success in this role will come from your ability to identify adjacent opportunities, build new service offerings, and scale them commercially.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being close to the business, the clients, and the numbers.

Is this you?

  • Proven senior leadership experience in Upstream oil & gas or energy services
  • Demonstrated success with P&L ownership in a service-based environment
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to turn operational capability into growth
  • Experience expanding services into adjacent or non-traditional markets
  • Strong contract negotiation and client relationship skills
  • A decisive, credible leadership style with high personal integrity
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational discipline
