Introduction

As a Senior Test Engineer, you will drive the development of innovative test and measurement solutions that directly improve production performance, quality, and reliability. You will lead challenging projects, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and make a measurable impact on cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing processes. What are you going to do

  • Develop, implement, and maintain test and measurement procedures that support the production and characterization of photonic chips.
  • Design and introduce new test, verification, and characterization methodologies to improve efficiency, quality, and process performance.
  • Lead experiments, analyze measurement data, identify root causes of deviations, and translate findings into process improvements.
  • Define functional specifications for test solutions, assess new manufacturing processes for measurability, and contribute to technical documentation, data analysis tools, and automation algorithms.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Physics, Photonics, or a related technical field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in test & measurement engineering within a high-tech or semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Experience introducing new test and measurement methods in both development and volume production environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, C, and/or C++.
  • Knowledge of photonics testing and characterization methods; hands-on photonics testing experience is considered a strong advantage.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, developing procedures, performing root cause analysis, and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
