Introduction

  • The Service holder is responsible, within the DBN PWM team and under the DBN PWM Project team Management, of material success required for the overall installation and hook up carried out by the CPY.
  • The Service holder ensures that adequate reviews and comments are performed by his team on CPY documentation or Queries issued on the perimeter of the YARD and ensure their full implementation by CPY rules.
  • The Service holder organizes / participates to routine and/or random inspections and audits, to daily / regular installation meeting, follow-up material and promotes safety awareness at all level through exemplary and pro-active attitude with Project team.
  • The Service holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, and exemplary behavior about HSE, ethics and ‘’code of conduct’’.
  • The service holder is to ensure that CPY Quality requirements are well established and implemented.
  • The Service holder may perform his missions and duties during the Project to commissioning completion, the job holder may also have to be involved in his activities during onshore fabrication,

What are you going to do

  • To ensure compliance with HSE legislation, Company standards and procedures as they apply to project management and project engineering to ensure employee safety and legislative compliance.
  • To ensure compliance with Company Management System and applicable International Standards.
  • To insure the good level of competency for Supervision (Onshore)

    Scope and development:

  • Provide Logistic supports to Onshore and Offshore Projects teams.
  • Coordinate all material receipt, control, inspection, storage, preservation, shipment aspects in the Supply Base.
  • Link with different actors of logistics process from shipment to delivery – including backload.
  • Follow material status with detailed packing list, Material Test Certificate, detailed shipment program.
  • Responsible by updating SAP system for all onshore material movements (piping, structural items, overseas shipments, local purchasing, ….)
  • Updating SAP references for items not already existing in PALM database.
  • Follow all outstanding materials for Offshore installation by liaising with Project Procurement team, CPY warehouse and CTR.
  • Coordinate the Quality Control activities on the Supply Base and Non-destructive Testing.
  • Interface with QC team and onshore/offshore teams to centralize and archive all material certificates.
  • Coordinate all Transport request (Onshore and Offshore).
  • Material preparation, packing and loadout for all the material as per Work Orders.
  • Ensure proper preservation for all material during warehousing in accordance with supplier recommendation and CPY procedures.
  • Updating material Preservation follow-up as per QA/QC requirements.
  • Issue Non-Conformity reports or review Contractor Non-Conformance reports and validate dispositions.
  • Coordinate the offshore material returns / surplus materials with Backload team for the dispatch.
  • Carry out any other duty that may be assigned from time to time by his line management.
  • Provide detailed KPI for DBN PWM material control and follow up.
  • Comment and review the procedures related to logistic.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Qualification: Experience in similar position (years): mini 10 years.
  • Previous experience as Logistic Coordinator or Supply Base manager.
  • The Service holder must have a strong knowledge of his activities and the ability to analyze and evaluate the critical parts of his activities.
  • Good knowledge of the industrial context, contract practice and Oil & Gas operations in general.
  • Fluent in English – Both verbal and written
