Join our team as a Well Test Supervisor and take the lead in delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality well testing and flowback operations. This senior FIFO role offers the opportunity to guide a skilled team, mentor new talent, and drive operational excellence from rig-up to final reporting. If you're a hands-on leader with a passion for safety, problem-solving, and field performance - we want to hear from you.

Essential skills and knowledge

Minimum of 8-10 years of supervisory experience in Onshore Well Testing and Frac Flowback operations
Proven experience in a supervisory role
Proficient in computer use and electronic product servicing
Experience with work processing and spreadsheet software
CV Crane licence, 4WD licence and HR driver's licence
Senior First Aid certificate
Gas Detection training certificate
Wellsite Permit to Work Holder or Authority training
