Introduction

  • Extensive site and subsystems walkdown knowledge.
  • Proven supervisor and walkdown management skills.
  • Positive & energetic personality.
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of employees and contractors, and client (operations) to be able to build strong working relationships with employees and clients and will be key to maintaining a positive culture on walkdowns and related activities.
  • Be capable of dealing with changing work priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong safety focus and ability to be proactive in identifying, driving & coaching areas for improvement.
  • Ability to understand and manage Punch List entry requirements.
  • Performing and participating lots of site walkdowns estimated over 10K+.

What are you going to do

  • Champions on-site safety awareness and safe performance with contractor and among Project Team.
  • Walkdown readiness verifications and validations.
  • Check and ensure proper Walkdown process in System Completion database.
  • Reports to the Head Handover and Completion on daily activities and progress.
  • Provide inputs, resolutions for Completion data handling.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Preferably bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Alternative certification or several years of experiences can be considered equivalent.
  • Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in projects, in Walkdown/Punchlist activity, with strong skills in:
    • Specifications, codes and standards
    • Interpretation of IFC construction drawings
    • Handover and Completion process
    • Computing science and Databases (Excel, Access)
  • Experience working in multicultural environments.
  • Strong knowledge of system completion tools.
  • Multi Discipline skills and expertise.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Good computer literacy skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with several organizational levels.
