What are you going to do

  • Planung und Projektierung von HKLS-Anlagen über alle relevanten HOAI-Leistungsphasen
  • Projektleitung und Koordination von TGA-Projekten
  • Planung von Reinräumen, Laboren, Krankenhäusern und Sonderbauten
  • Erstellung von Ausschreibungen und Leistungsverzeichnissen
  • Koordination externer Fachplaner und Nachunternehmer
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden und Behörden
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Budget und Terminen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der TGA-Fachplanung
  • Kenntnisse der HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1 bis 7
  • Erfahrung in HKLS-Projekten sowie idealerweise im Sonderbau
  • Kundenorientiertes und selbstständiges Arbeiten
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
