What are you going to do

  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Systemarchitekturen im MBSE-Umfeld mit Enterprise Architect und SysML
  • Anwendung des V-Modells XT bei der Entwicklung sicherheitskritischer Systeme im militärischen Umfeld
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Systemanforderungen hinsichtlich Umsetzbarkeit, Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz und Testbarkeit mit besonderem Fokus auf RAMT und Maintainability
  • Erstellung, Dokumentation und Verifikation von Systemspezifikationen, Schnittstellen und Architekturmodellen
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Pflege von RFLP-Ketten
  • Modellbasierte Entwicklung und Optimierung technischer Lösungen mit Blick auf Wartbarkeit und Systemverfügbarkeit
  • Mitwirkung bei Design-Reviews, Systemanalysen und FMEAs im Rahmen des Engineering-Change-Prozesses
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Safety, Qualification & Validation und Quality zur Sicherstellung normgerechter Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Technische Steuerung und Betreuung von Unterauftragnehmern im Bereich Systemarchitektur und MBSE
  • Weiterentwicklung und Etablierung einer modellbasierten Entwicklungskultur im Engineering-Team

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Systemingenieur in sicherheitskritischen Systemen, idealerweise im Verteidigungsumfeld
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in V-Modell XT, MBSE, Systemarchitektur und Maintainability-Methoden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Enterprise Architect (SysML), DOORS und gängigen MBSE-Tools
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für komplexe technische Systeme sowie deren funktionale, architektonische und instandhaltungsbezogene Zusammenhänge
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Standards und Normen, insbesondere MIL-STD, MIL-HDBK, STANAG, AQAP und ISO 15288
  • Systematisches und analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Auftraggebern, Fachabteilungen und internationalen Partnern
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Teams
