Introduction

This strategic leadership role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and customer fulfillment while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What are you going to do

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve service levels, operational efficiency, and cost performance.
  • Ensure optimal inventory management and demand planning to support business continuity.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the Life Sciences industry.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Supply Chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Healthcare, Biotechnology, or FMCG industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
