What are you going to do

We're working with a well-established civil contractor delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. With continued growth and several active projects underway, we're looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to take ownership of day-to-day site delivery and lead crews to successful project outcomes.

This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on site, driving productivity, maintaining high safety standards, and building strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

Salary circa $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

Supervising daily site operations and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plant
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification
Running pre-starts, toolbox talks, and maintaining strong safety compliance
Monitoring productivity, quality, and project milestones
Managing site documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomes

Essential skills and knowledge

To be successful, you'll ideally bring:

Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand within civil construction
Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site management
Experience delivering subdivision projects highly desirable
Exposure to TMR/Main Roads projects highly regarded
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction programmes
Strong focus on safety, quality, and efficient project delivery
White Card and current Driver's Licence
