Introduction

  • Brunel International is looking for a Content
    Processing & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate
    will have experience in content creation, processing, and data entry to the OTT
    platform in both Arabic and English Language. As well as maintaining the
    accuracy and efficiency of our content catalogue on the Over-The-Top (OTT)
    streaming platform.

About this role

  • The Content Processing & Data Entry Specialist
    will be responsible for inputting and updating data into databases,
    spreadsheets, and other data management systems. They will ensure accuracy and
    completeness of information entered, accurately enter and update metadata
    information for videos, movies, TV shows, and other content on the OTT
    platform. The Content Processing & Data Entry Specialist will manage and
    prioritize data entry tasks based on urgency and importance while meeting
    deadlines for data submission and processing;
  • They will also ensure consistency
    and adherence to established data entry standards while working closely with
    content creators or/and content owner and curators to input and update relevant
    information about new and existing content.

What you need to bring:

  • Proven experience in data entry, data processing, or content management roles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Familiarity with content management systems and databases
  • Familiarity with OTT platform or any other digital management systems
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • 2+ years’ experience in OTT platform or R-commerce platform Management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Interpersonal/collaboration skills
  • Communication skills (including ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written communication; understand and follow written instructions)
  • Time management skills
  • Problem solving skills (including ability to handle stressful situations in a professional manner)

    Education and Certification requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus)

    Job specific technical Skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge in the following required:
  • detail-oriented and organized individual.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, including spelling, grammar, punctuation as well as composition, editing and proofing.
  • Basic understanding of video and audio file formats
  • Experience generating text content related to OTT platforms shows and content.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
  • Familiarity with streaming platforms and their user interfaces
