Introduction
A Brunel está em busca de um(a) Shorebase Coordinator para atuar em um projeto temporário no Porto do Açu, com início previsto para dezembro de 2026 e duração estimada até junho/julho de 2027.
What are you going to do
- Coordenar as instalações de shorebase e as operações logísticas, garantindo a eficiência operacional e a qualidade dos serviços.
- Gerenciar atividades relacionadas a embarcações, movimentação de cargas, equipes e fornecedores.
- Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, contratos e requisitos de segurança e conformidade operacional.
- Gerenciar o contrato com empresa terceira, assegurando o cumprimento dos acordos e a qualidade das entregas.
- Atuar no planejamento e na execução de operações envolvendo cargas pesadas e içamentos de grande porte, incluindo descarga, movimentação e embarque de estruturas.
- Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos e para a resposta a emergências operacionais.
- Participar de reuniões e alinhamentos em inglês com equipes e stakeholders.
Essential skills and knowledge
- Ensino superior completo em Logística, Gestão da Cadeia de Suprimentos, Administração, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência comprovada em operações portuárias, movimentação de cargas pesadas e içamentos de grande porte.
- Vivência na gestão de contratos, fornecedores e operações logísticas.
- Inglês avançado ou fluente.
- Perfil proativo, comunicativo, autogerenciável e com forte orientação à execução.
