What are you going to do

  • Lead daily survey operations across the project
  • Coordinate survey resources, workflows and subcontractors
  • Manage QA, as-builts and survey data processes
  • Support machine control, GNSS and field systems
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors
  • Drive project efficiency, compliance and technical accuracy
  • Mentor and develop junior survey staff
  • Maintain strong safety and quality standards across all survey activities

Essential skills and knowledge 

About You

  • 15+ years' experience within civil construction surveying
  • Strong experience delivering TMR infrastructure projects
  • Proven leadership or team management capability
  • High-level technical surveying knowledge across civil infrastructure works
  • Strong capability using 12d, TBC and AutoCAD
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Registered Surveyor status highly regarded
  • Stable employment history and strong cultural fit
