What are you going to do

Konzeption und Entwicklung komplexer, performanter und skalierbarer Softwarelösungen in C++
Verantwortung für die technische Qualität durch Automatisierung, belastbare Unit- und Integrationstests sowie optimierte CI/CD-Prozesse
Fachliche Begleitung und Weiterentwicklung von Junior- und Mid-Level-Entwickler:innen durch aktives Mentoring
Unterstützung des Teams als technische Ansprechperson bei komplexen Fragestellungen
Initiierung und Moderation regelmäßiger Pair-Programming-Sessions zur Förderung von Codequalität und Wissensaustausch

Essential skills and knowledge

Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung mit modernem C++ (C++23) und Qt
Sehr gutes Verständnis von Software-Design-Patterns und Architekturprinzipien
Praxiserfahrung in der Konzeption komplexer verteilter Systeme
Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Entwickler:innen
Stärke darin, komplexe technische Themen verständlich und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
