Introduction

  • Preparation of Major Projects various Risk reporting.
  • Monitoring of contractor’s risk reporting i.e., Risk register & Top Risk reporting in Monthly Progress Report for projects.
  • Supporting in preparation of Major Projects division Risk documentation (procedures, memo, etc.).
  • Supporting in Risk Management process execution in MP Projects environment and work as a Risk coordinator in an assigned Projects.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of project activities to manage, coordinate & facilitate Risk management Activities.
  • Facilitate monthly/quarterly Risk Review, Risk Workshop, or any other Risk-related meetings/sessions.
  • The job holder shall liaise actively with various entities and project team for the above activities.
  • Coordinate monthly/quarterly Risk Register updates with the various Project packages & MP Division departments.
  • Support in developing various Risk Dashboards & Reports for related stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Support in managing a Risk Database for Risk analysis & benchmarking purposes.
  • Support in preparation of Project cost schedule risk analyses exercises and associated follow-up work.
  • Guide, coach, and mentor Project team members in establishing, understanding and practice Risk management framework and implementation in new projects.

  • Promote & comply with applicable safety instruction and other Company HSE procedures in all activities.
  • Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws, and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices.
  • Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
  • To define, update as necessary a suitable Report structure complying with Project requirements.
  • To prepare all Major Projects Risk reporting including Monthly & Quarterly Risk Reporting for Projects, MP Division and/or Corporate Enterprise Risk Management function.
  • To follow-up and support on review process of Risk report’s structure presentation and submission from Contractors, including the Monthly updated Contractor’s Risk Register.
  • To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.
  • To support on Risk Management initiatives for assigned projects, which includes alignment with respective stakeholders and various Risk Reporting, under the supervision of the Senior Risk Engineer, Head, Planning and Risk and Project Control Manager.
  • To develop various dashboard using digital tools i.e., PowerBI, Microsoft Access, etc.
  • To support in the development of Risk Database for benchmarking and Risk analysis purpose.
  • To coordinate with Risk / Action Owners from various disciplines / function within Package or MP Departments on updating the Risk Register on Quarterly / Monthly basis.
  • To coordinate arrangements for Risk Review, Risk Workshops or Risk-related meetings.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of which 7 years in Oil and Gas or related Industry.
  • Experience in technical writing preferably for oil & gas industry.
  • Conversant with usual business suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, Access databases).
  • Experience in preparation of reports and procedures.
  • Strong Communication skills and fluency in English
