Introduction

  • The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be assisted by Quantity Surveyor and be responsible for recording and computing quantities and costs of site construction.

What are you going to do

  • Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for the construction project.
  • Prepare and review bills of quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates.
  • Evaluate subcontractor tenders and negotiate contracts.
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and change orders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on project financial status.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying.
  • Previous experience in airport or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous.
  • Chartered Quantity Surveying qualification.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in using relevant software tools (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
