Brunel have partnered with a highly respected builder-developer with a reputation for excellence is delivering one of the Gold Coast's most anticipated luxury high-rise projects, valued at over $270M. Known for pushing design boundaries and setting new benchmarks in quality, this organisation offers long-term stability and the opportunity to work on career-defining projects.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer to play a key role in delivering this landmark development. You'll be responsible for driving engineering functions, coordinating key stakeholders, and ensuring technical excellence across all project stages, from design through to delivery.
Oversee project engineering and technical delivery on a luxury high-rise development.
Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor program, cost, and quality outcomes.
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to achieve project milestones.
Provide engineering solutions across structures, services, and finishes.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing project team.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer on large-scale projects ($100M+).
Luxury residential and high-rise experience is an absolute must.
Strong technical expertise across structures, services, and high-end finishes.
Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering world-class projects.
