What are you going to do

  • Be fully aware of the Project HSE and Quality requirements
  • Assist and Support Project Control Manager in Project Planning, Progress reporting and maintaining project details
  • Ensure implementation of the Company Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager through the line responsible
  • Follow-up, monitor and control the overall project and detailed schedules on Site and reportdeviations and areas of concern to Project Management
  • Manage the Project administration function
  • Support Project Team members in analysing schedules and progress information within therespective disciplines
  • Follow up the overall and discipline detailed schedules on site and coordinate progress
  • Coordinate the schedule follow-up and reporting from different project team members
  • Support project team members in analysing and reporting on schedules within the respectivedisciplines
  • Communicate with Accounts and Purchase to ensure Quality and Correctness of data in the Project Management System
  • Manage the document control system in project server and live link project archive
  • Coordinate the review and comment on Contractor Monthly reports
  • Coordinate, follow-up and control the Project cost
  • Coordinate and prepare planning and progress information for the Project Monthly Reports
  • Review and control invoices from Contractor and other sources for approval by Project Manager
  • Coordinate and prepare the Project Monthly reports and Steering Committee presentation

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University
  • 7+ years direct and relevant experience related to Project Control in large EPCC Projects withoil/gas or petrochemical or fertiliser industry
