Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Entwicklung von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten, Zielbildern und Maßnahmenprogrammen auf Basis von Risikoanalysen sowie internen Sicherheits- und Governance-Vorgaben
  • Übersetzung strategischer Sicherheitsanforderungen in konkrete Projekte und Roadmaps sowie eigenverantwortliche Steuerung der Umsetzung über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus
  • Koordination und Steuerung interner Fachbereiche sowie externer Dienstleister und Projektpartner
  • Konzeption, Einführung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Richtlinien und Standards im IT-Notfallmanagement
  • Beratung von IT-Service-Verantwortlichen und Fachbereichen bei der Implementierung von Notfallmanagement-Anforderungen und Erarbeitung individueller Lösungsansätze
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Notfallübungen, Testszenarien und internen Audits einschließlich Nachverfolgung definierter Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung einer transparenten Projektkommunikation sowie regelmäßiges Reporting an relevante Stakeholder
  • Identifikation und Bewertung von Risiken sowie Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen zur Erhöhung der IT-Resilienz

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt IT-Sicherheit, Informationssicherheit oder Cyber Security
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner IT-Infrastrukturen einschließlich Netzwerkarchitekturen, Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebungen, Cloud-Technologien sowie Sicherheitsarchitekturen
  • Tiefgehendes Verständnis zentraler IT-Sicherheitsthemen wie Identity & Access Management (IAM), Netzwerk- und Endpoint-Security, SIEM/SOC, Vulnerability Management und Incident Handling
  • Erfahrung in der Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie im Management komplexer Projektstrukturen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Durchsetzungsstärke im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit hoher Lösungsorientierung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger Projektmanagement-Methoden wie PMI, PRINCE2 oder agiler Vorgehensmodelle
