Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Lead cost planning and hard-dollar estimating across major high-rise andmixed-use projects
  • Work closely with development and design teams on feasibility, design input and value engineering
  • Manage end-to-end tender submissions
  • Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Identify commercial risks and opportunities
  • Influence project outcomes from concept through to delivery

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • 10+ years' experience in estimating and cost planning
  • Senior Estimator experience with a Tier 1 / Tier 2 builder or developer
  • Strong hard-dollar estimating and cost planning capability
  • Experience across large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Confident managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Full Australian working rights
