What are you going to do

  • Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse anhand definierter KPIs
  • Durchführung und Auswertung von Tool Trials und PPAP-Runs
  • Analyse und Behebung von Prozessstörungen sowie Optimierung von Anlagenparametern
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Lastenheften sowie prozessrelevanter Dokumentationen (z. B. PFMEA, Prozessfluss, Layouts)
  • Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von internen und externen Reklamationen nach PDCA
  • Einführung neuer Prozesse und Technologien in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion und Entwicklung
  • Optimierung von Fertigungsabläufen, Rüstzeiten und Losgrößen
  • Unterstützung von Investitionsprojekten sowie kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP)

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Fertigungstechnik oder Prozessoptimierung
  • Erfahrung mit PPAP, PFMEA und Prozessdokumentationen
  • Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen, idealerweise FOSS, sowie Shoplogix von Vorteil
  • Roboterkenntnisse (FANUC) sind wünschenswert
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
