What are you going to do

  • Tatkräftige Entlastung und Unterstützung des Projektleiters in allen organisatorischen sowie administrativen Belangen im Tagesgeschäft
  • Vorausschauende Planung, Koordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung von projektbezogenen Terminen und Besprechungen
  • Zuverlässige Schnittstellenkommunikation und Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern, Architekturbüros und Nachunternehmern
  • Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, Verwaltung und lückenlose Dokumentation des gesamten projektbezogenen Schriftverkehrs
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei weiteren anspruchsvollen Sonderaufgaben innerhalb nationaler und internationaler Fassadenprojekte

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung gepaart mit einem guten technischen Grundverständnis
  • Erste Erfahrung im Umfeld der Fassadenplanung, Metallbau oder Gebäudehülle von Vorteil, gerne auch mit internationaler Projekterfahrung aus Regionen wie den VAE oder Saudi-Arabien
  • Aufgewecktes, spontanes Auftreten sowie ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent mit hohem Engagement und Eifer
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise verbunden mit Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Sicherer Anwenderumgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch sowie Grundkenntnisse in Englisch für die Abstimmung bei internationalen Bauvorhaben
