Ihre Aufgaben:

Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Logistikprojekten über alle Projektphasen hinweg - von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung
Entwicklung von Logistik-, Materialfluss- sowie Flächen- und Layoutkonzepten inkl. Meilensteinen und KPI
Überwachung des Projektfortschritts inklusive Termin-, Kosten- und Risikomanagement sowie Reporting an Stakeholder
Koordination und Abstimmung interner Fachbereiche sowie externer Partner und Dienstleister
Organisation, Vorbereitung und Moderation von Projektbesprechungen
Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsmaßnahmen unter Anwendung von Lean-Management-Methoden

Essential skills and knowledge

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Logistik, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung und Umsetzung von Logistik- und Optimierungsprojekten
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Management, Prozessoptimierung sowie Projektcontrolling
Technische Expertise im Bereich Lager-, Transport- und Materialflusssysteme sowie Supply Chain
Sicherer Umgang mit Logistiksoftware und Tools (z. B. ERP- und Simulationssysteme)
Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Offenheit für Veränderungen und Identifikation mit den Unternehmenswerten
