What are you going to do

Manage the full lifecycle of projects, from planning through to handover.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting.
Oversee subcontractor performance, procurement, and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify risks and drive practical, cost-effective solutions.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and safety-focused site culture.
Experience with commercial projects up to $15 million.

Essential skills and knowledge

5+ years' experience as a Project Manager or similar role in commercial construction.
Proven track record delivering commercial projects (education, childcare, commercial).
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project financials.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Engineering.
