What are you going to do

  • Sicherstellen, dass alle projektbezogenen Ereignisse und Entwicklungen in den zugrunde liegenden Kundenverträgen berücksichtigt und vertraglich reflektiert werden.
  • Erstellen und Prüfen von vertraglichen Schreiben (insbesondere Claim- und Antwortbriefe).
  • Juristische Analyse des Gesamtzusammenhangs und Aufzeigen möglicher Auswirkungen auf Vertrag, Projektablauf und Risiken.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Terminplanung, um Ereignisse rechtlich und zeitlich korrekt einzuordnen.
  • Beratung und Zuarbeit im Hintergrund für Projektleitung und des Senior Legal Counsel, ohne exponierte Außenwirkung.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vertrags- oder Bau-/Projektrecht).
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, insbesondere in juristischem Kontext.
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise zu analysieren und schriftlich darzustellen.
  • Erfahrung im Projektumfeld von Vorteil.
  • Teilzeit ausreichend, mit flexibler Verfügbarkeit je nach Projektbedarf
