Brunel are thrilled to present an exceptional career opportunity for a Program Head position with our client. Our client, a pioneer in the Large Scale Commercial solar industry, has a proven track record of delivering groundbreaking projects since 2012.

Position Overview:As the Program Head, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale bespoke solar projects across various sectors, including ground mount, single access trackers, hybrid systems, storage, off-grid solutions, car shading, and HV projects. Managing a team of project managers, engineers, and coordinators, you will be responsible for ensuring project profitability and client satisfaction

What are you going to do

Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and coordinators to deliver projects successfully
Oversee risk management, incident and dispute resolution, and effectively manage client expectations
Develop and refine technical scopes, continuously improving workflow processes
Generate comprehensive performance reports, including financial and resource management
Provide direct project management support as needed
Act as the primary point of escalation for incidents or disputes
Manage program risks effectively
Finalize technical scopes pre or post sales, conducting failure mode analysis when required

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in delivering large-scale behind-the-meter solar and storage projects (1MW+) with an EPC firm
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop efficient workflow processes
Budget management and reporting capabilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
