Introduction

What are you going to do

  • Verantwortung für die Konzeption, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von B2B-Produkten im Festnetzbereich (Glasfaser/FTTH, DSL und Wholesale)
  • Erhebung, Analyse und Priorisierung von Produktanforderungen sowie Erstellung von Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), User Stories und Fachkonzepten
  • Begleitung und Steuerung von Produkten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen IT, Technik, Vertrieb sowie weiteren internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Koordination und Abstimmung von Anforderungen zwischen den beteiligten Fachbereichen
  • Analyse von Markt- und Kundenanforderungen zur Weiterentwicklung bestehender Produktportfolios
  • Unterstützung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Services im Geschäftskundenumfeld
  • Monitoring von Produktperformance sowie Ableitung geeigneter Optimierungsmaßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Telekommunikation, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmanagement, idealerweise im Telekommunikationsumfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich B2B-Telekommunikationsprodukte, insbesondere Glasfaser (FTTH), DSL oder Wholesale
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung und Verwaltung von Produktanforderungen, User Stories und Fachkonzepten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
  • Strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
