What are you going to do

Leitung und Steuerung von Digital- und IT-Governance-Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
Planung, Moderation und Durchführung von Lenkungsausschüssen zur Steuerung von Projekt- und Produktinitiativen
Fachliche Steuerung projektbezogener Teams sowie Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit und Budget
Planung und Steuerung von Ressourcen, Maßnahmen und Projektaktivitäten innerhalb der PMO-Organisation
Beratung und Unterstützung von Projektleitern und Projektteams bei der Umsetzung von IT-Projekten
Weiterentwicklung von Governance-Frameworks, PMO-Standards und Projektmanagementprozessen zur Steigerung von Effizienz und Transparenz
Erstellung von Management-Reports, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen für IT- und Senior-Management

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Studiengang Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbarer Abschluss notwendig
Einschlägige Erfahrung im PMO-, IT-Governance-, Projektmanagement- oder Transformation-Umfeld erforderlich
Kenntnisse in Governance-Frameworks, Projektmanagementmethoden sowie im Management komplexer Stakeholder-Strukturen sind ein Must-Have
Erfahrung in der Steuerung von IT-Projekten, Digitalisierungsinitiativen oder organisationsweiten Veränderungsprojekten notwendig
Strategisches Verständnis für Prozessoptimierung, Organisationsentwicklung und PMO-Strukturen von Vorteil
Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools, Reporting-Lösungen und Präsentationswerkzeugen wünschenswert
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse notwendig
