Introduction
What are you going to do
- Supervise piping completion and leak testing activities.
- Coordinate hydrotest, pneumatic test and flushing activities.
- Ensure test packages are completed accurately.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, commissioning and client representatives.
- Verify test boundaries and system readiness.
- Monitor reinstatement after testing.
- Resolve construction issues before testing.
- Ensure all documentation is completed.
- Maintain HSSE compliance throughout testing activities.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of piping experience.
- Experience with hydrotesting, leak testing and mechanical completion.
- Knowledge of commissioning handover procedures.
- Familiar with piping test packs.
- Experience on FPSO, offshore or marine projects.
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
