Sie verfügen über Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf und möchten in einem anspruchsvollen technologischen Umfeld arbeiten? Dann unterstützen Sie unseren Kunden als Operativen Einkäufer (w/m/d) am Standort Ulm.

What are you going to do

  • Einholen und Auswerten von Angeboten sowie Durchführung von Preisvergleichen
  • Umsetzung und Begleitung des Beschaffungsprozesses von der Bedarfsanforderung bis zum Wareneingang
  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Sicherstellung eines aktiven Mahnwesens hinsichtlich Lieferterminen und fehlenden Auftragsbestätigungen
  • Klärung von Rechnungs-, Liefer- und Bestellabweichungen
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Mängelrügen und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Unterstützung des strategischen Einkaufs sowie enge Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen
  • Korrespondenz und Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten
  • Sicherstellung einer termingerechten Material- und Dienstleistungsversorgung unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Kosten und Lieferperformance

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

  • Mind. 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Einkauf

  • Nice-to-have: Kenntnisse in SAP MM

  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkennntnisse
