What are you going to do

Durchführung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts im Einkauf (Bestellabwicklung, Terminverfolgung, Reklamationen)
Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Auslösung von Bestellungen
Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit
Pflege von Materialstammdaten und Einkaufsparametern im ERP-System
Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten, Fachabteilungen und Lager
Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Beschaffungsprozessen und Kostensenkungsmaßnahmen

Essential skills and knowledge

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation im Einkauf (z. B. Fachwirt, Betriebswirt)
Erste Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, MS Dynamics, Infor) und MS Office
Organisationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Teamfähigkeit und eine strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
