International Mobility Inbound Specialist (Mandarin Speaking)

The International Mobility (IM) Inbound Specialist is reponsible for managing the international assignees, new joiners and/or transfer on a local level, including overseeing local logistics, handling relocation details, and managing local transactional activities throughout the relocation process. In addition, the role is to comply with local laws for the management of legal documentation related to work permit or any other legal documents. Act as the primary IM expert for inbound mobilizations to the local location, supporting the International Mobility Outbound Specialist, HR Business Partner, employees, and business units throughout the entire Inbound process. Interface with various stakeholders to coordinate local aspects of mobilizations and demobilizations, including logistics (moving and storage), immigration, timely issuance of contractual documents, pre-assignment visits, tax issues, and more. Oversee all relocation and personnel logistics for inbound international employees in the location, ensuring a smooth transition. Depending on the location, this may for example include topics such as arranging mandatory medical visits, registration at relevant government bodies, and connecting the employee with the external relocation agent.
