Arbeite mit Brunel an anspruchsvollen Projekten in einem hochregulierten Umfeld! Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen Projektmanager (m/w/d) im Qualitätsmanagement, der QMS-Strukturen im Bereich Medizintechnik vorantreibt.

Dieses Projekt ist dringend zu besetzen und eignet sich insbesondere für akut Arbeitssuchende, da eine Übernahme beim Kunden unwahrscheinlich ist.

What are you going to do

  • Leitung der Konzeption, Entwicklung und globalen Implementierung eines Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) gemäß ISO 13485, MDR, ICH Q10 und MDSAP
  • Steuerung des gesamten QMS-Projektlebenszyklus von der Analyse über Design bis zur Implementierung und Lokalisierung
  • Planung, Moderation und Nachbereitung von Change Review Board Meetings inkl. Tracking von Maßnahmen
  • Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit globalen und lokalen Prozessverantwortlichen sowie internationalen Standorten
  • Sicherstellung klarer QMS-Schnittstellen sowie Unterstützung bei Audit- und Zertifizierungsprozessen
  • Planung und Steuerung von Projektaktivitäten inkl. Kommunikation, Schulungen, Risiko- und Eskalationsmanagement
  • Sicherstellung der Audit-Readiness (interne und externe Audits) sowie Nachverfolgung von CAPA-Maßnahmen
  • Abstimmung und Integration von Systemen wie eQMS, eDMS oder weiteren Audit- und Dokumentationsplattformen
  • Identifikation, Bewertung und Minimierung von Projektrisiken sowie Eskalation bei Bedarf

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Qualitätsmanagement der Medizintechnik

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ISO 13485 sowie Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld

  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse (C1) - Teamsprache ist Englisch

  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen
