Introduction

We are partnering with a major energy business to recruit an experienced Learning Systems Specialist for an initial six-month contract based in Adelaide.

This role will support the continuous improvement of the organisation's SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System. You will work with stakeholders across the business to resolve system issues, improve processes, maintain data quality and ensure the LMS continues to meet business requirements.

What are you going to do

  • Administer and continuously improve the SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment
  • Troubleshoot system access, functionality and service issues
  • Lead issue triage and risk mitigation for LMS-related problems
  • Coordinate with internal and external technical support teams
  • Complete User Acceptance Testing for SAP upgrades and system changes
  • Support LMS reporting, data accuracy, audit and assurance activities
  • Identify system and process improvement opportunities
  • Develop user guides, onboarding materials and system communications
  • Educate employees, leaders and instructors on LMS processes and functionality
  • Support broader People Systems and change initiatives
  • Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation

Essential skills and knowledge 

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Previous experience administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning
  • Experience working within a complex enterprise LMS environment
  • Strong systems troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
  • Experience with User Acceptance Testing and system upgrades
  • Demonstrated business process improvement experience
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical system improvements
  • Strong reporting and data management capability
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to develop guidance materials and educate system users
  • You must have current right to work in Australia to be considered for this role

Experience supporting learning systems within energy, resources, utilities, field operations or another regulated environment would be advantageous.

Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline are desirable but not essential.
