What are you going to do

Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen mit und ohne Bestellbezug unter Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie interner Vorschriften
Prüfung, Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Anzahlungen und Schlussrechnungen
Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Rechnungsbearbeitung gemäß steuerlichen und handelsrechtlichen Vorgaben
Bearbeitung und Abstimmung von Kreditorenkonten
Unterstützung bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, Fachabteilungen und Projektverantwortlichen
Überwachung von Zahlungsfristen und Klärung offener Rechnungsfragen

Essential skills and knowledge

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, insbesondere in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung / Buchhaltung
Erfahrung im Baugewerbe oder einer projektorientierten Branche von Vorteil
Fundierte Kenntnisse der steuerlichen Vorschriften zur Rechnungslegung, insbesondere im Reverse-Charge-Verfahren (§ 13b UStG)
Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
Hohe Zahlenaffinität sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
