What are you going to do

  • Mitwirkung bei der Analyse von Anforderungen sowie bei der Konzeption und Entwicklung von Bauteilen, Komponenten und Baugruppen
  • Eigenständige Durchführung von Konstruktionsaufgaben auf Basis technischer Anforderungen und Spezifikationen unter Berücksichtigung geltender Normen und interner Vorgaben
  • Entwicklung und konstruktive Auslegung von Bauteilen, Systemkomponenten und Baugruppen einschließlich der relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Begleitung der Detailkonstruktion von der Konzeptphase bis zur technischen Umsetzung
  • Unterstützung bei der Projektkoordination, Dokumentation und Erstellung von Berichten
  • Einsatz moderner CAX- und Engineering-Tools, insbesondere CATIA V5, SmarTeam PDM und ERP/SAP
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen sowie Aufbereitung und Präsentation der Arbeitsergebnisse

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Studiengang bzw. eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Zusatzqualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Zeichnungen, insbesondere bei der normgerechten Form- und Lagetolerierung
  • Gutes Verständnis für die strukturelle Beanspruchung von Bauteilen unter Berücksichtigung von Umweltanforderungen
  • Kenntnisse in Herstellungs- und Fertigungsverfahren für metallische Strukturen
  • Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse in CATIA V5, SmarTeam PDM und ERP/SAP
  • Technisches Verständnis, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der konstruktiven Entwicklung komplexer Komponenten
