What are you going to do

  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten für Aftermarket-, Service- und Ersatzteilprodukte
  • Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Ersatzteil-, Service- und Reparaturaufträgen
  • Überwachung von Bestellungen, Sendungen und Lieferterminen
  • Klärung kaufmännischer Fragestellungen zu Angeboten und Aufträgen
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über das CRM- und Ticketsystem
  • Administrative Unterstützung des lokalen Serviceteams
  • Erfassung von Arbeitsstunden und Materialbuchungen in SAP
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen, Verkaufsberichten, Statistiken und Auswertungen
  • Materialdisposition, Pflege von Verkaufspreisen und Nachverfolgung von Fertigungsaufträgen

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Berufserfahrung in der Maschinenbauindustrie oder im technischen Serviceumfeld
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kenntnisse in SAP sowie in CRM- und Ticketsystemen sind wünschenswert
  • Erfahrung in der Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie organisatorisches Geschick
