What are you going to do

  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und dem Aufbau neuer kältetechnischer Systeme und Baugruppen
  • Montage und Inbetriebnahme von Prototypen sowie Durchführung technischer Versuchsreihen
  • Begleitung neuer Produkte von der Entwicklungsphase bis zur Serienreife
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Leistungs-, Funktions- und Belastungstests unter unterschiedlichen Einsatzbedingungen
  • Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Systeme hinsichtlich Funktionalität, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios durch technische Untersuchungen und Laborversuche
  • Gelegentliche internationale Service- oder Inbetriebnahmeeinsätze bei besonderen Projekten

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker für Kältetechnik, Kälteanlagenbauer oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker im Bereich Kältetechnik
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Elektrotechnik sowie Erfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie Interesse an innovativen technischen Lösungen
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld sind wünschenswert
