What are you going to do

  • Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmensverbund
  • Administration von Windows Servern und Windows-Clients
  • Betreuung und Verwaltung von Hard- und Software, einschließlich Microsoft Office, Exchange, Active Directory, VPN, Backup-Lösungen und Zutrittskontrollsystemen
  • Verwaltung von Nutzerrechten, Benutzerkonten und Softwarelizenzen
  • Administration der ERP-Systeme ProAlpha und Infor sowie von SQL-Datenbanken
  • Beschaffung von Hard- und Software entsprechend interner Anforderungen
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Clients, Netzwerkkomponenten und Druckern
  • Anwenderbetreuung sowie Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
  • Koordination und Abstimmung mit externen IT-Dienstleistern

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Administration von Windows-Server- und Client-Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerktechnik (LAN, WAN, WLAN, Switches)
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft-Technologien, Active Directory, Virtualisierung und Backup-Lösungen
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse in der Administration von ERP-Systemen und SQL-Datenbanken
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Service- und Lösungsorientierung sowie ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
