  • Qatar Company was established in 1974 as a joint multinational venture to utilize the associated and non-associated Ethane feed from petroleum/natural Gas production in line with the industrialization plan of the State of Qatar.
  • Qatar Company commenced commercial production in 1981 and soon became well established in the global market for its commitment to quality and reliability.
  • Qatar Company IT Dept. provides services to approx.1500 staff located in Mesaieed plant & Doha head office.
  • RFP Purpose
  • Qatar Company is looking to establish a contract for IT Support services for the below roles for the period of five years.

What are you going to do

  • Administrate & Manage SCCM/Intune Day to Day SCCM Activities include Patch Deployment, Application Deployment, OS Deployment etc.
  • Manage CMDB.
  • Manage vulnerability Patch Deployment for Clients and Servers.
  • Administrate & Manage Nexthink Platform
  • Administrate & Manage ServiceNow ITSM Platform

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Each member of staff shall have a minimum of five years of experience working in an IT Service Desk environment along with technical support based on ITIL best practices guidelines in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Familiar working experience in ITSM platform ServiceNow.
  • CONTRACTOR shall provide staff with relevant experience with the skills as listed as per their job description.
