Jij zorgt ervoor dat complexe offshore operaties veilig en succesvol worden uitgevoerd. Als Installation Engineer werk je aan uitdagende projecten binnen offshore wind, olie & gas en de energietransitie. Van heavy lift en installatie tot commissioning en decommissioning: jij ontwikkelt de technische oplossingen die projecten mogelijk maken. Daarbij werk je samen met internationale teams aan enkele van de meest innovatieve offshore projecten ter wereld.

What are you going to do

Als Installation Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding, engineering en ondersteuning van complexe offshore operaties. Je werkt samen met projectteams, offshore crews, klanten en leveranciers om veilige en efficiënte oplossingen te realiseren.


Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Ontwikkelen van installatiemethoden, hijsplannen en operationele procedures.
  • Uitvoeren van technische analyses, berekeningen en risicoanalyses.
  • Opstellen en beoordelen van technische documentatie en werkpakketten.
  • Ondersteunen van offshore installatie-, heavy lift-, commissioning- en decommissioningprojecten.
  • Afstemmen met projectteams, klanten, leveranciers en certificerende instanties.
  • Bieden van technische ondersteuning tijdens de uitvoeringsfase, zowel onshore als offshore.

Essential skills and knowledge 

Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en werkt graag samen binnen multidisciplinaire teams. Daarnaast neem je verantwoordelijkheid, houd je overzicht in complexe projecten en vertaal je technische uitdagingen naar praktische oplossingen.


Verder beschik je over:

  • Een hbo- of wo-diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde, Civiele Techniek, Maritieme Techniek, Offshore Engineering of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen offshore engineering, marine operations of transport & installation.
  • Ervaring met heavy lift, offshore installaties, commissioning of decommissioning.
  • Kennis van offshore operations, projectplanning en risicobeheersing.
  • Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal.
  • Bereidheid om incidenteel offshore of internationaal te reizen.
