Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Diploma/Certificate from a 2 year Technical or administrative course preferred
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Level)
  • 3 years' experience working as an administrator, preferably HSE
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required (Fluent English)
  • Database management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills required.
  • Knowledge of basic HSE processes and how they relate to each other
  • Knowledge of quality processes and basic document control
  • Procedures
  • Data collection/Entry
  • Review quality of data.
  • Review & Update Monthly statistics
