What are you going to do

  • Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung personaladministrativer Prozesse entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen und effizienten Umsetzung operativer Personalprozesse
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung moderner HR-Strukturen, Prozesse und Services
  • Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Schnittstellen zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Personalabläufe

Essential skills and knowledge 

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Bezug zum Personalwesen
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an personalwirtschaftlichen Themen sowie arbeitsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen
  • Kommunikationsstarke und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einem hohen Maß an Empathie
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themengebiete einzuarbeiten
  • Teamorientiertes Denken, Organisationsgeschick und sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeits- und Verwaltungssystemen
