What are you going to do

Oversee daily site operations across civil subdivision projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
Manage and coordinate site crews, subcontractors, and machinery to maintain efficient workflow
Monitor safety compliance and implement best practices in line with OHS regulations
Troubleshoot on-site issues and liaise with project managers to deliver successful outcomes

Essential skills and knowledge

Proven experience in a Foreman role within civil construction environments
Solid understanding of bulk earthworks, pipe installation, roadworks, and concreting practices
Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and to quality standards
Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and organisational skills
Possession of a valid Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
Current driver's licence essential
Additional plant and machinery tickets will be viewed favourably
Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety protocols
