What are you going to do

We have a current opportunity for a Facilities Engineer on a temporary basis. The position will be based in Houston.

The Facilities Engineer / Project Manager will be responsible for providing project planning, execution & coordination for upgrading existing central tank batteries to new emissions standard designs, consolidating mature facilities to centralized facilities, and converting facilities to closed loop/tankless systems. This role will require strong planning and communication skills to coordinate across multiple disciplines to complete projects on time and on budget while meeting project objectives.

Essential skills and knowledge 

  1. Application of APA Engineering & Closed Vent Study (CVS) design standards to ensure proposed facilities or changes to existing facilities are constructed in compliance with both company and regulatory requirements.
  2. An Engineering Degree is a definite requirement - petroleum, chemical, mechanical, civil are preferred, however others will also be considered.Upstream - plant and facilities experience
